Youth Winter Camp

The beginning of this month we had the first-time-ever experience to send our youth to winter camp. Winter camp had never been done here in Taiwan, so this was a trial. It was great!! Next year it will have to be longer though. This year it was 3 fun filled days during the youth's Chinese New Year vacation. We had a great group able to go and one first-timer, Thomas. What a blessing it was to give our youth another opportunity to get out of the "normal" flow of life and into a setting centered around the Word!! Praise the Lord for Dave and Cherie Green and their vision for winter camp!

Our Christmas Gift

This year we decided not to buy each other gifts, but, instead, to take a trip to Taipei. We took off Christmas evening and returned Saturday in time for the youth meeting. It was a short time, but we were able to get a lot in and see many things. We had a BLAST!! :o)

This year there were more friends to gather with. We spent Christmas morning with the Hanna family (eating brunch, reading the Christmas story, and exchanging gifts), and Christmas afternoon with the Delaney family (eating dinner, playing games, and exchanging gifts).
